How often is the status updated?
The status of all our services is automatically checked every minute. The status page refreshes with the most recent data on each visit.
What does 'Degraded Performance' mean?
This means that part of the infrastructure for that service is experiencing an issue, but the service as a whole is still available. We are actively working to resolve the problem.
What should I do during an outage?
During an outage, you can monitor this page for updates. You can also contact our support team by phone (+31 85 060 68 68) or create a ticket in your dashboard.
Do I get compensation for downtime?
Yes, in accordance with our SLA, you receive compensation if uptime falls below the guaranteed 99.9%. See our SLA terms for exact details.
How are health checks performed?
We perform direct connection tests to each server, specific to its type. We test hosting panels, VPS nodes, streaming services and DNS zones each on their own protocol.
Are all servers tested individually?
Yes, every server in our network is individually monitored. The status per category is a summary: if all servers are healthy the status is operational, with partial failure it's degraded, and with complete failure it's an outage.
